Hector is the groundskeeper/maitenance person on site M-F and is extremely helpful, and keeps the building in immaculate condition. He even let us borrow his Dolly on move-in day. The building is very clean & covid safe. Pros: Amazing neighborhood/Location, breathtaking rooftop view, lots of natural light in the unit."

"Living at the Kenmore View Apartments has been a dream come true. It is situated in the most prime location, super close to the cute shops and restaurants of Los Feliz and only a few blocks away from Griffith Park. The roof has the best view in the city too and the neighbors and super nice.. The building management is super responsive and helpful. Yesenia the building manager made moving in so easy and the building technician Hector is so nice and helpful. I can't recommend living here enough."
